1. No Refunds Policy

• All payments made for services are final and non-refundable.

• Our fees cover the time, labor, equipment, and expertise required to perform an honest and professional attempt to clean or inspect your drains.

• Because results may vary depending on the condition of your plumbing and other factors outside of our control, we do not guarantee outcomes and cannot issue refunds if desired results are not achieved. Please note that drain cleaning is a "best effort attempt" and there is no guarantee on drain cleaning. Additionally, it is possible that the issue with your drain line may not be its cleanliness and that - per our Terms & Conditions - you may need to seek the additional guidance of a licensed plumber for remedy.
